​Coast 77 B&B is a family run Bed & Breakfast with three letting rooms. 

 

All guest rooms are on the ground floor.​​

Pre-arrival

• ​Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms

• In an emergency the main land line can be used upon request

• There is a local bus route located just outside the driveway.  Buses have disability access

• Poole town centre is located 2 miles away and offers a shopping mobility scheme in the main shopping centre

• Local taxis are easily available

Arrival & car parking facilities

• ​We offer off road parking for four vehicles

• The Car Parking area is located directly at the front of the property and is accessible via a dropped kerb

• The Car Parking area is paved & smooth with no ramps or hills

• There is a free to use electric car charger

• Help and assistance is available upon arrival

• There is one step approx 1.5 inches high in the porch area

• The entrance is well lit at night for easy access

• Dog bowls are available upon request and there is easy access to an outside tap

Main entrance and reception

• ​​As you enter the front door of the premises there is one step approx  1.5 inches high and then a 0.5 inch lip over the doorway

• Door widths have not been widened to allow wheelchair access

• The entrance then leads through a second door to where breakfast is served

• ​One main corridor through to the Guest Rooms and Breakfast Room

• Lighting is uniform

• All Guest Rooms are on the ground floor

• Doors are  light brown wood finished and walls are all light colours

• WC's are available in individual Guest Rooms only​

• There is a Patio/Smoking area available at the front of the property

Additional information

• ​A Fire Procedure is in place, full details are located by the door to each Guest Room

• An emergency torch can be found in the bedside cupboard in each room

• Medication can be stored in a fridge upon request (all rooms have fridges available)​

• ​​We are open throughout the year (excluding the Christmas period).

• Check in times: From 2pm (other times available on request)

• Check out Times: by 10:30am (other times available by request)

• Breakfast is served between 7.30am & 9.30am
